Terms & Conditions – USA

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the PG Program in Data Analytics & Gen AI (the "Program") and any related products, services, or content provided by Skill Versed Ltd, operating as "Skill Versed" ("Skill Versed", "we", "us", or "our") to users located in the United States. By enrolling in or accessing the Program, you ("you", "student", or "participant") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not enroll in, access, or use the Program.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to enroll in the Program.

You agree that all information you provide during application and enrollment is accurate, complete, and up to date, and that you will update it promptly if it changes.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application or to cancel enrollment at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

2. Program Description & Changes

The Program is an online, skill-oriented education program focused on data analytics and generative AI, delivered through live sessions, recorded content, assignments, projects, and community interactions.

We may update, modify, or restructure Program content, instructors, schedules, delivery platforms, or learning materials at any time to improve quality or keep content current with industry standards.

If substantial changes are made that materially reduce Program value, we may, at our discretion, offer reasonable alternatives such as extended access, replacement modules, or partial credits; cash refunds will follow the Refund Policy in Section 5.

3. Account, Access & Security

You may be required to create an account on our website or partner platforms to access Program content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

You agree not to share your account, login details, or Program materials with any other person; we may suspend or terminate access if unauthorized sharing or misuse is detected.

4. Fees, Payments & Taxes

All Program fees, payment plan options, and due dates will be communicated at the time of enrollment and are payable in United States Dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise.

By selecting a payment plan or subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method according to the schedule presented at checkout.

You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, or other taxes arising from your purchase, except those based on our net income.If a payment fails or is reversed (including chargebacks), we may suspend or terminate your access until full payment is received.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Cooling

5.1 Standard US Refund Window

Subject to the conditions below, U.S. students may request a refund if

  • The request is submitted within 25 calendar days from the date of initial purchase, and
  • You have accessed no more than 10% of the Program content and have not attended more than one live cohort session, workshop, or mentoring call

If these conditions are met and your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 20–44 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer's timelines.

5.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Unless otherwise required by applicable state law, no refunds will be provided if:

  • You submit a request after the refund window has expired.
  • You have accessed more than 10% of the Program content or attended more than one live session.
  • You are removed from the Program for violating the Code of Conduct, Academic Integrity, or these Terms.
  • You experience personal, professional, or schedule changes that prevent you from continuing, except where mandatory state law provides otherwise.

5.3 State-Special Rules

Some U.S. states require additional or different refund rights for distance learning or online education. Where such laws apply and provide more favorable rights to you than these Terms, we will honor those mandatory state-special requirements.

5.4 Cancellation of Access by Us

We may suspend or terminate access without refund except as required by law for misconduct,if you:

  • Engage in academic dishonesty or misconduct.
  • Harass or abuse instructors, or other students.
  • Violate intellectual property or acceptable use provisions.
  • Fail to pay required fees or initiate chargebacks without valid cause.

6. Program Use, Conduct & Academic Integrity

The Program is intended for educational and professional development purposes only; you agree to use all content and tools responsibly and lawfully.

You must not engage in harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive behavior in any live sessions, chats, communities, or forums associated with the Program.

Cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, or misrepresenting your work (including improper use of generative AI tools where prohibited) may result in academic sanctions, including removal from the Program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property & License

All Program content, including videos, live session recordings, slides, PDFs, assignments, assessments, projects, code examples, branding, logos, and other materials, are owned by Skill Versed or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Upon full or ongoing payment of fees, Skill Versed grants you a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning.

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Program content beyond what is necessary for your own study.
  • Sell, resell, share, or redistribute access to the Program or any materials.
  • Record or share live sessions or internal community content without explicit written permission.
Any unauthorized use of Program content may result in immediate termination of access and may expose you to legal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Skill Versed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Program or these Terms will not exceed the total amount of fees you paid for the Program giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By enrolling in the Program, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including transfers outside your state or country where necessary for service delivery.

You agree that we may use aggregated and de-identified data derived from your use of the Program for analytics, improvement, and quality assurance purposes.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (United States)

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, the Program, or your relationship with Skill Versed will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Program shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If you are required by applicable law to have disputes resolved in another jurisdiction or through special mechanisms (for example, state-mandated dispute resolution procedures for students), such mandatory provisions will apply instead of this section to the extent required.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where required by law.

Continued participation in the Program after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Entire Agreement & Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any Program-special enrollment form, payment terms, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skill Versed with respect to the Program and supersede all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
