This policy applies to all learners, students, users, or customers (“Learner”, “you”, or “your”) who enrol in any paid service,
course, certification, training module, mentorship, or educational program offered through our website, platform,
or associated communication channels.
By enrolling in any program, making payment, accessing our systems, attending sessions, or using any part of our services,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to:
- This Refund & Cancellation Policy;
- Our Terms of Service;
- Our Privacy Policy; and
- Our Academic & Code of Conduct policies.
This policy is drafted in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws, including:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015; and

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Skill Versed Ltd voluntarily provides a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to eligible learners.
This 30-day period is inclusive of:
- The statutory 14-day cooling-off period available under UK consumer law; and
- An additional voluntary refund review period is provided by Skill Versed.
Accordingly, the total refund eligibility window for eligible learners shall not exceed 30 calendar days from the official batch commencement date or the service commencement date, whichever occurs earlier.
This voluntary guarantee is provided as an additional commercial benefit and does not limit any mandatory statutory rights available under applicable UK consumer protection laws.
4. Eligibility Conditions for 30-Day MoneyBack Guarantee

Failure to comply with any requirement may result in the learner becoming ineligible for refund consideration under this voluntary policy.
A. Mandatory 100% Attendance Requirement

Any:

except where otherwise required under applicable law or approved under documented exceptional circumstances.
B. Assignment, Project & Coursework Submission Requirement
Learners must:
- Complete;
- Submit; and
- Actively participate in all assignments, projects, assessments, evaluations, and coursework within the officially communicated timelines and deadlines provided by Skill Versed.
For refund eligibility:
- Delayed submissions;
- Incomplete submissions;
- Non-submissions;
- Requests for extensions; or
- Missed deadlines
may render the learner ineligible for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Any academic extension, grace period, or accommodation granted for educational purposes shall not automatically preserve or extend refund eligibility unless expressly confirmed in writing by Skill Versed.
C. Active Participation Requirement
Learners are expected to actively participate in the program in good faith throughout the refund eligibility period.
Skill Versed reserves the right to assess genuine academic participation, including:
live class engagement, assignment completion, project participation,
mentorship responsiveness, LMS activity, and academic conduct records while reviewing refund eligibility requests.
D. Conduct & Policy Compliance
Learners must:
- Comply with Skill Versed’s Terms of Service;
- Comply with the Academic Integrity Policy;
- Comply with the Code of Conduct; and
- Refrain from plagiarism, abuse, harassment, fraudulent conduct, misconduct, or policy violations.
Violation of company policies may result in:
- Suspension;
- Removal from the program; and/or
- Ineligibility for refund consideration.
E. Program Transfer & Batch Change Restriction
Learners who voluntarily:
- Transfer to another batch;
- Switch programs or courses;
- Defer enrollment; or
- Materially alter their enrollment structure
may become ineligible for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
5. Refund Request Submission Window
Refund requests under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee must:
- Be submitted in writing to support@skillversed.com;
- Be submitted only after completion of the applicable 30-day eligibility period; and
- Be submitted within the following 03 calendar days, including working days, weekends, and public holidays.
Example: If the 30-day period concludes on 30 June, the refund request must be submitted no later than 3 July at 11:59 PM UK time.
Refund requests submitted after expiry of the applicable 03-day submission window shall generally not be eligible for consideration under this voluntary refund policy, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
6. Required Refund Request Information
Refund requests must include:

- Enrollment ID;
- Registered Email Address;
- Course or Program Name;
- Enrollment Date;
- Payment Method;
- Detailed Reason for Refund Request, and
- Any supporting documents requested by Skill Versed.
Incomplete submissions may delay or affect the refund eligibility review.
Skill Versed may request:
- Additional verification documents;
- Identity confirmation;
- Payment verification; or
- Participation in a verification call before processing a refund request.
7. Service Commencement & Operational Records
For legal, operational, compliance, and payment-processing purposes, services shall be considered commenced upon the earliest occurrence of any of the following:
- LMS or student portal login;
- Onboarding communication;
- Live or recorded class access;
- Mentor/support allocation;
- Access to downloadable materials;
- Assignment access;
- Support access;
- Dashboard access;
- Community/group participation; or
- Any use of the educational services provided.
Skill Versed maintains operational and system-generated records, including:
- Login timestamps;
- Attendance logs;
- Assignment submissions;
- Communication history;
- IP/device activity;
- Academic progress records;
- Support interactions; and
- LMS usage analytics.
Such records may be used as primary evidence for:
- Eligibility verification;
- Refund evaluation;
- Fraud prevention;
- Dispute resolution;
- Payment processor investigations; and
- Chargeback defence procedures.
8. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Failure to maintain mandatory attendance requirements;
- Failure to complete mandatory coursework or assignments;

- Abusive behaviour toward staff, mentors, or learners;

9. Refund Review & Processing
All refund requests are reviewed internally by the Refund Review Team of Skill Versed Ltd.
The review process may include verification of:

- Academic participation;
- Communication records;
- Policy compliance;
- LMS usage history and
- Submitted documentation.
Learners will generally receive a written response within 10 business days after submission of all required information and documents.
If approved:
- Refunds shall be processed only to the bank account details if approved for refunds.
- Refund processing may take up to 45 business days, depending on banks, payment processors, compliance checks, and verification procedures.
Refund determinations are made in accordance with:

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in:

11. Instalment Plans & Payment Obligations
Where learners enroll through instalment plans, financing arrangements, deferred payment plans, or partial payment structures:
- Commencement of services constitutes acceptance of the applicable payment obligations;
- Discontinuation of participation does not automatically cancel outstanding dues for services already rendered; and

While Skill Versed may facilitate employer connections, profile shortlisting, and interview scheduling with hiring partners and recruiters for eligible candidates who qualify the terms and conditions stated for placements.
Learners expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Eligibility for placement assistance, interview opportunities, or placement guarantee programs shall remain subject to successful completion of the program requirements, assessments, attendance criteria, behavioural standards, documentation verification, and other applicable terms communicated by the Company;
- Hiring decisions are made solely by third-party recruiters and employers based on their independent evaluation processes;
- Final selection depends upon the learner’s individual skills, communication, technical competency, interview performance, professionalism, consistency, and prevailing market conditions; and
- Skill Versed’s responsibility, where applicable, shall be limited to facilitating career support services and arranging interview opportunities with potential employers, whereas the ultimate employment outcome shall depend upon the learner’s own performance and selection by the recruiter/company.
13. Exceptional Circumstances
Skill Versed may, at its reasonable discretion, consider refund or accommodation requests arising from exceptional circumstances, including:
- Natural disasters;
- Force majeure events; or
- Other significant unforeseen situations.
Relevant supporting documentation may be required.
Each case shall be reviewed individually based on:
- Fairness;
- Available evidence;
- Operational feasibility; and
- Applicable legal obligations.
14. Policy Updates
Skill Versed reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this policy periodically to:
- Maintain legal compliance;
- Improve operational clarity;
- Prevent misuse; or
- Reflect changes in services or business operations.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required under mandatory consumer protection laws.
