1. Introduction

This Refund Policy governs the cancellation and refund procedures for all courses, programs, and certifications offered by Skill Versed Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office in London, United Kingdom (“Skill Versed”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This policy applies to all learners who enrol in any paid course, program, certification, or training module offered through our platform, https://skillversed.com.

By enrolling in any course or program, you (“the learner”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. This policy ensures transparency, fairness, and compliance with UK consumer protection laws, particularly the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund :
    Learners are eligible to raise a refund request after completing 30 days from the batch commencement date. Skill Versed Ltd will refund 100% of the total amount paid to date, subject to compliance with all the eligibility requirements below.
  • This refund policy does not apply to learners who request a batch transfer or program change. If a learner opts to switch to another batch or course, they forfeit their right to a full refund.
  • Eligibility Requirements:
    • Maintain 100% attendance during the first 30 days (no absences or missed sessions).
    • Complete all assignments, projects, and assessments assigned during this period.
    • Adhere to Skill Versed’s Code of Conduct, Academic Integrity, and Terms of Service.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after the completion of the 30-day period. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
  • Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 45 business days from the date of confirmation, subject to verification of eligibility.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original mode of payment used during enrollment.

3. General Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to admin@skillversed.com.
  • The learner must include the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Enrollment ID
    • Registered Email Address
    • Course or Program Name
    • Enrollment Date
    • Payment Method
    • Detailed Reason for Refund Request
  • Refunds will only be processed to the same account or payment method used during enrollment. Alternate payment methods will not be accepted.
  • Processing time may take up to 45 business days after the refund has been approved.
  • Skill Versed Ltd reserves the right to reject a refund request if the learner has violated any company policies or engaged in misconduct.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • The learner fails to attend live sessions or participate in mandatory coursework.
  • The learner is found guilty of plagiarism, academic dishonesty, or behavioural misconduct.
  • The refund request is submitted after the expiry of the refund window.
  • The learner voluntarily withdraws from the program after completing more than 30 days of the course.

5. Documentation Requirements

  • Proof of payment or transaction receipt
  • Attendance records
  • Course access logs
  • Completed assignments and progress reports
  • Any relevant communication with support or instructors
  • Incomplete documentation may delay or invalidate a refund request. Learners may be required to participate in a verification call or review with Skill Versed’s support team.

6. Refund Evaluation Process

  • All refund requests are reviewed by the Refund Review Committee of Skill Versed Ltd.
  • The committee will verify eligibility, attendance, participation, and supporting documents.
  • Learners will receive a written response regarding the refund status within 10 business days of complete submission.
  • Decisions of the committee are made in accordance with UK consumer laws and are final and binding.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In the event of extraordinary situations such as natural disasters, severe medical emergencies, or force majeure events, Skill Versed Ltd may, at its discretion, consider exceptions.
  • Relevant and verifiable supporting documents must be provided.
  • Each case will be reviewed individually, and management’s decision will be final.

  • Skill Versed Ltd reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this policy at any time to ensure compliance with applicable UK laws.
  • Any updates will be published on our official website, and the latest version shall supersede all prior versions.

  • If a dispute remains unresolved after contacting us, learners may seek further resolution under UK consumer law via recognised dispute resolution bodies or relevant authorities.
