These terms cover the website. They do not cover your course.
If you have enrolled on one of our programmes — Interview Ready or Employer Ready — your relationship with us is governed by your Learner Agreement, the Key Facts Statement you signed, and our Refund Policy.
Where these website terms conflict with your Learner Agreement, the Learner Agreement prevails.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Skill Versed Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16826429, whose registered office is at 5th Floor, Office 167, 169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom.

2. By using this site, you accept these terms
By accessing or using skillversed.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the day you use the site. If you have already enrolled, changes to these website terms do not affect your Learner Agreement.
3. What this website is for
The site provides information about our training programmes, allows you to enrol, and gives enrolled learners access to their learning platform. It is intended for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, please do not enrol or submit personal information to us.
4. Our two programmes
We offer two versions of the PG Program in Data Analytics with Gen AI. Both include identical teaching. They differ only in the placement commitment attached to them.
| Interview Ready | Employer Ready | |
|---|---|---|
| Teaching | Identical | Identical |
| Placement guarantee | None | 5 employer interviews, or a full refund |
| 14-day cancellation | Yes | Yes |
| 30-Day Assurance | Yes | Yes |
Please do not rely on our website alone
The full and binding terms of each programme are in its Learner Agreement and Key Facts Statement, which you receive and sign before paying. The Employer Ready guarantee is an interview guarantee, not a job guarantee: if we arrange your five interviews and you are not hired, no refund is payable on that ground. This is explained in full in the Refund Policy.
5. Information on this site
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but:
- Course content, schedules and instructors may change. Where a change materially affects a programme you have enrolled on, your Learner Agreement sets out your rights.
- Salary figures are market ranges from named third-party sources, dated on the page where they appear. They are not outcomes we promise, and they are not a prediction of what you will earn.
- Outcome data relates to past cohorts. Past outcomes are not a guarantee of future outcomes.
- Nothing on this site is financial, legal or careers advice on which you should rely without taking your own advice.
If you spot something that appears inaccurate, please tell us at support@skillversed.com and we will check it.
6. Enrolling through this site
6.1 Your order is an offer
When you complete the enrolment process you are making an offer to buy a place on the programme. A contract is formed only when we send you a written confirmation of enrolment. If we cannot accept your enrolment we will tell you and refund anything you have paid, in full.
6.2 Before you pay
Before taking payment we will give you: the Key Facts Statement for the programme you have chosen, the full Learner Agreement, the Refund Policy, and the fee breakdown. You must sign the Key Facts Statement before paying.
6.3 Choosing your programme
At enrolment you actively choose between Interview Ready and Employer Ready. Neither is pre-selected. Your choice is recorded with a timestamp. You may upgrade from Interview Ready to Employer Ready at any time up to Day 30, as set out in your Learner Agreement.
6.4 Pricing errors
If we discover an error in the price of a programme after you have ordered, we will contact you before processing your enrolment and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling with a full refund. We will not charge you the higher price without your agreement.
6.5 Your right to cancel
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Full details are in your Learner Agreement and in our Refund Policy. Nothing on this site removes that right.
7. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
- Accounts are personal. You may not share, transfer or sell access to your account or to our learning platform.
- Tell us promptly at support@skillversed.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
- We may suspend an account where we reasonably suspect it is being shared or used to redistribute our content. We will tell you why, and you may respond and appeal under the complaints procedure in your Learner Agreement.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site and on our learning platform — including recorded lectures, notes, cheat sheets, datasets, slides, assessments and branding — is owned by Skill Versed Ltd or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
8.1 What you may do
- Access and use the materials for your own personal learning.
- Download and print materials for your own study.
- Include work you produced during the programme — your projects, dashboards, code and portfolio pieces — in your personal portfolio, CV and job applications. These are yours. You keep them whether or not you complete the programme, and whether or not you claim a refund.
8.2 What you may not do
- Record, copy, republish, resell, distribute or share our materials with anyone else.
- Upload our materials to file-sharing sites, course-sharing platforms or public repositories.
- Use our materials to build or deliver a competing course.
- Use our name, logo or branding without our written permission.
Serious breach of this clause may amount to misconduct under your Learner Agreement and may affect your refund rights, following the process set out there.
9. Certiport exams
Skill Versed is a Certiport Authorized Testing Center. Where your programme includes certification exams, those exams are created and awarded by Certiport (a Pearson VUE business) and Microsoft. Skill Versed administers the exams; it does not award the certifications. Passing an exam is determined by the exam, not by us. The number of exams included, and any retakes, are set out in your Key Facts Statement.
10. Acceptable use
When using this site, our platform, our community spaces or our live sessions, you must not:
- harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone, including staff, mentors, hiring partners and other learners;
- post unlawful, defamatory, obscene or deliberately misleading content;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity or qualifications;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malware, or interfere with the site's operation;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the site; or
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may remove content and restrict access where these rules are broken. Where that affects a programme you have paid for, the disciplinary process and right of appeal in your Learner Agreement apply.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the site and platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control.
If a failure of our own platform or scheduling prevents you from meeting an obligation under your Learner Agreement, the Exceptional Circumstances provisions of that Agreement apply and the time lost is removed from the calculation entirely.
12. Links to other sites
We may link to third-party sites, tools and resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
13. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- any breach of your legal rights in relation to the services, including the right to services supplied with reasonable care and skill; or
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, and to your statutory rights, our total liability to you in connection with this website and your programme is limited to the total amount you have paid us. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill; we are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
14. Your privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under UK GDPR. We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy; analytics and marketing cookies are only set with your consent, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time.
15. Complaints
If something goes wrong, email support@skillversed.com. We acknowledge within 2 Business Days and respond substantively within 5 Business Days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to [ADR PROVIDER] at [contact details]. This is in addition to your right to bring court proceedings.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live outside the United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country continue to apply to you, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
